There are many recipes for bread crumb breading, but none for cracker crumb breading except for plain crackers. Here is one that you'll love for many things.

CRACKER MEAL BREADING MIX

1/2 crushed soda crackers, left a bit coarse, not super fine.
1/2 all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste.

*Depending on what you're coating it with, you may also want to add your favorite seasoning mix, garlic powder, etc.
