Recipe: Cranberry Sausage

Cranberry Sausages

1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. fully cooked smoked sausage or kielbasa, casing removed and cut into 1/2 inch slices, or cocktail franks

Mix together cranberry sauce, mustard, and lemon juice and cook over medium heat until smooth and heated through. Stir in sausage and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve warm.
