Recipe: Creamed Peas

-----CREAMED PEAS-----
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Plain flour -- A/P
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon White pepper
2 cup Milk
10 oz Frozen peas -- cooked & drained
For creamed peas, melt butter in medium-sized saucepan.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Blend well.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Allow to thicken.
Stir in peas.
Heat throughly.
Serve hot.
