Recipe: Creamy Beef Casserole (using mayonnaise) - Is this close Crystal?

Creamy Beef Casserole

1 (1 lb. 4-oz.)bag shredded hash browns
1 stick real butter (cut into pats)
1 (4 oz.) package of ranch dry buttermilk dressing
1 cup buttermilk
2 cup sour cream
2 mayonnaise or miracle whip
1 pound ground beef cooked
1 (10 3/4 oz.) Can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups Colby and Monterey Jack shredded cheese
2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk

Place hash browns in a 5 or 6 quart microwave safe casserole dish. Place butter pats evenly over hash browns. Place in microwave and cook for 15 minutes on high. Mix the next four ingredients together while hash browns are cooking. Set aside.

Cook ground beef in skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Add ranch mixture to hash browns. Put ground beef in a separate dish. Add mushroom soup and Cream cheese. Mix well. Place on top of hash browns. Put cheeses on top of meat mixture. Mix Jiffy cornbread mix with eggs and milk according to package directions. Pour over cheese.

Cook at 400 degrees for 20 -25 minutes.
