TUNA BISCUIT BAKE
1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Biscuits
4 slices American cheese
1 (7 oz.) can flaked tuna fish, drained
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 teaspoons flour
FOR THE SAUCE:
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of tomato soup
1/3 cup evaporated milk
Press 5 Biscuits into bottom of 9-inch pie pan; seal.
Cut remaining 5 into halves; press and seal around sides of pie pan to form scalloped edge. Cover bottom with cheese slices.
Combine tuna, 1/4 cup milk and flour; spread over cheese.
Bake at 475 degrees F for 9 to 12 minutes until deep golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce made by heating the undiluted tomato soup and 1/3 cup milk.
Makes 4 servings
