Recipe(tried): Creme fraiche

Yum, fresh fruit, YES!!

To make your own creme fraiche add 2 tsp lemon juice to every 1/4 pt
whipping cream. Stir and leave in warm place, loosely covered for 4-6 hours
until thick.
