Crockpot Meatball and Potato Stew

This hearty and delicious stew recipe is so easy to make and cooks all by itself all day in your crockpot.

40 frozen meatballs
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 (16 oz.) bag baby carrots
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 cans (14 oz. each) ready to serve chicken broth
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

Put all ingredients except evaporated milk in a 3-4 quart crockpot, except milk.

Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during last hour and cook until thoroughly heated.
