Recipe: Crockpot Safety

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
Food in a crock pot should be safe for 8 hours of cooking, then store leftovers in shallow covered containers and refrigerate within two hours after cooking is finished. Reheating leftovers in the slow cooker is not recommended. However, cooked food can be brought to steaming on the stove or in a microwave and then put into a preheated slow cooker to keep hot for serving.

What they are doing is frightening !
