re: crock pots

Hi
In the industry we use heat to insure food safety, heat kills any thing but use your discretion. If its kept covered and cold most things will last for 3-4 days. But be shore to make sure its reheated evenly.

In the UK we are not allowed to keep refilling stock pots everyday, but i do remember the days when we could I do not recomend it in the home inviorment.
