Recipe(tried): Crockpot Sloppy Joes....
Misc. Good Evening Everyone!
I think this is the first time I everpost aat night...we just finished having dinner after a hard day's work...
Mom and I started at 9:30AM,we picked up all the branches that had blown off the trees, put back all the pool furniture and plants my DH had put away for me the day before, I hand-vacuumed that darn pool while Mom fished out the big twigs and floating debris, we then straightened out the patio and put in order whatever he had put in the garage back out front. What a day...but you know what? While we were busy doing all that dinner was cooking in the crockpot!!
What a wonderful invention that crockpot is...I only wish I had owned one when I was a teacher. What a joy to have dinner ready after a day's hard work!!
This is a real good recipe and one that reminds of the Sloppy Joes I had when I was a kid backk in "da Bronx".
Happy Cooking! Gina

3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 t. salt
3 T. worcestershire
1/4 c. water
2 lbs. ground sirloin

This also is good served over tortilla chips.
