Recipe(tried): Italian Pita Chips (using Italian dressing mix)
Appetizers and SnacksITALIAN PITA CHIPS
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 envelope (dry) Italian salad dressing mix
4 pita bread rounds, split into halves
Your favorite sauces dips or spreads (for serving)
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with pam spray.
Combine the butter and dressing mix in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the pita bread halves, place on the prepared baking sheet .
Bake for about 20-minutes or until crispy. Carefully break pitas into pieces.
Serve with your favorite sauces dips or spreads.
Makes 48 pieces
