Recipe(tried): Crockpot Texas Stew

Crockpot Texas Stew

1 to 1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, browned and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook all day (6-8 hrs.) on low. Yummie!!
