Recipe(tried): Curry Dip

Misc.
I like to mix:

1 cup mayonaise
1 Tablespoon yellow curry paste

Curry paste is extremely hot. We use this to dip finger foods and spread it on our salmon/or any fish, croquettes. I'm sure mixing it with sour cream is o.k. too but I find that sour cream tends to cut the heat of the dip.
