Recipe: Delicious Cheeseball

Delicious Cheeseball

2 cans (4.25 oz.) UNDERWOOD Deviled Ham Spread
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 package (0.4 ounces) dry ranch style dressing mix
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except sunflower seeds. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle.

Form into a ball and roll in sunflower seeds.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 1 cheese ball
