Recipe: Holiday Cheese Logs/Balls (with cream cheese, pineapple, coconut, and cherries) for Stephanie

Dear Stephanie,
Came across this recipe..hope it's close enough.

HOLIDAY CHEESE LOGS/BALLS

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts or graham cracker crumbs (for rolling)

Mix all ingredients except crushed walnuts or crackers. Form mixture into 2 logs or into balls. Roll in crushed nuts or graham crackers.

Can serve with butter crackers or Hawaiian bread.
