Recipe(tried): Demi-Glace

Misc.
Demi-Glace is made by reducing brown sauce/beef stock by half. I doubt you will need to use too much in the chicken marsala recipe or you will lose the taste of the marsala. When I make a chicken marsala I use homemade chicken stock or powdered chicken stock and I find that that gives a beautiful flavour. Hope this may help you, Kind Regards,
Wendy
