Recipe: Deviled Ham Pizzas (using English muffins)

DEVILED HAM PIZZAS

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can Deviled Ham
2 tablespoons grated onion
dash of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper
4 English muffins
Parmesan cheese, grated

Combine first six ingredients.

Split English muffins and lightly toast under broiler.

Spread 2 tablespoons of sauce over each muffin. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Place about 4 inches from broiler unit until hot and bubbly, about 4 to 5 minutes.

Makes 8 pizzas
