Misc.
1. Tiny canapees with a dusty dry martini - or dry campagne or white wine - can be served standing/walking in living room

2. consomee with tiny puff pastries filled with liverpate mixed with whipped cream, or sour cream and caviar

3. Salmon in a white wine/butter suce, with wild rice and celery

4. Granitee or a sorbet - based on vodka and/or grapefruit, or white wine and lime

5. Pork tenderloin with garlicky, mashed potatoes or someting else, freshly boiled greens, somewhat underdone, a dark ,thin gravy with red wine or madeira

6. Salad - dark green leaves+ grapes+ cubes of blue cheese+ segments of some citrus fruit

7. Small cheese-souffles

8. A very light dessert, preferrably with fruit - Caramel cups with fresh fruit salad and whipped cream with some liqueur or ginger?

9. Coffee, maybe with a SMALL mouthful of chocolate-cake, a choc-covered cherry or something--

Need any more suggestions? The cheese-souffle may of course be omitted, maybe substituted with some cheese-straws or just a vedge of Brie or camambert. Small individual camamberts doubly coated with eggs and breadcrumbs mixed with nuts, and then deep-fat fried, is also good.
