Hi Annie, here's a great brownie recipe, pretty easy to do too.
Double Chocolate Brownies
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 oz.unsweetened chocolate,chopped & melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F.Line an 8" square pan with foil, grease lightly.
Beat butter till creamy. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy.Add eggs, one
at a time, mixing well after each addition.Add the melted chocolate and vanilla,
mixing well. Add the flour and salt. Mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup each of the chocolate chips and nuts.Pour mixture into prepared pan , spreading evenly.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and nuts over top of batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2" from
center comes out almost clean.Do not overbake!! Allow brownies to cool
completely in pan, at least 1 hour, or refrigerate(covered), till completely
set. Cut into 16 or 12 bars. VERY fudgy!!
