Recipe: Double Chocolate Pudding (using chocolate milk)

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PUDDING

1 cup sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 egg yolks
2 cups chocolate milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine the sugar, flour and cocoa powder in a heavy saucepan. Stir to mix well. Add the egg yolks but do not stir yet. Gradually add the chocolate milk, stirring the yolks into the mixture.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until pudding begins to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Spoon into serving bowls.
