Recipe(tried): Dried Beef and Pineapple Cheese Ball

Appetizers and Snacks

Frank, here's a favorite, everyone likes it.

1 small jar dried beef, chopped fine (food processor)
8 oz can crushed pineapple, WELL DRAINED
1 8 oz blocks cream cheese, room temp.
green onions or leeks to taste

Combine, chill, form into roll or ball, roll in chopped toasted pecans.
