Recipe: Easy Chocolate Lover's Cheese Pie

Easy Chocolate Lover's Cheese Pie

3 pkgs cream cheese, softened
3/4 C sugar
3 eggs
1 t vanilla extract
2 C (12 oz) Mini chocolate chips, divided
1 extra serving size graham cracker crust
2 T whipping cream

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir in 1 1/2 C chocolate chips. Pour into crust. Bake 10 minutes then without opening oven door reduce heat to 250 degrees and continue baking 30 minutes or until just set. Remove from oven and cool completely. Refridgerate until chilledPlace remaining 1/3 C chips and whipping cream into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 20-30 seconds or until chips are melted and mixture is smoothwhen stirred. Cool slightly, then spread over cheesepie. Chill 15 minutes or until topping is set.
