Recipe: Country Garden Quiche

Country Garden Quiche

1- 9 in pie crust
3/4 C Diced bell peppers (mulitcolored mix is prettiest)
1/2 C fresh broccoli florets
1/4 diced onions
1 C shredded pepper jack or cheddar cheese
4 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 C whole milk or half and half
1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground black pepper
1/8 t cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie crust 7 minutes/ Evely layer the bottom with next four ingredients. Mix eggs with remaining ingredients. Pour over pie. Bake 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
