Hi Meg, These cookies are indeed very easy and good. I've made them often but prefer white choclate and graham crackers. We also have made these in a sandwich style. Graham cr. p.butter graham cracker again. You will be very pleased with this I'm sure. Maybe not the calories but then sometimes who cares. Ha..
Also another easy one is the Ritz crackers dipped in melted mint chocolate chips. Try these if you like the Girl Scout mint cookies.
