Recipe(tried): Chocolate Coated Ritz Crackers with Peanut Butter and Marshmallow Cream

I make these to use up leftover choclate after making christmas and easter candy but I add a dab of marshmellow cream with the peanut butter. Which makes them more like a little moon pie.

I just put peanut butter on one ritz cracker and put a dab of marshmallow cream on top of that put on the other cracker and dip in melted chocolate, you might want to chill them before dipping but I don't always especially if I'm not doing very many. I hope this helps.
