Misc.Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 cup peanut butter
1 one pound box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
Melt and heat butter and peanut butter together just to boiling point. Turn off. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Stir and press into an 8x8 or 9x9 inch square pan. No need to butter pan. Melts in your mouth.
