Recipe(tried): Confectioners' Sugar Instant Fudge

Desserts - Candy, Chocolate
My husband made this with his mother 30 years ago. He handed it out for Christmas to his teachers. Here it is:

CONFECTIONER SUGAR INSTANT FUDGE

1 (1 lb) box confectioners' sugar
8 Tbsp peanut butter
4 to 5 Tbsp evaporated milk
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp butter (softened)
1 tsp vanilla

Simply mix and spread in buttered 8x8 pan. Chill and cut into squares.

This was made to be a Kid friendly recipe, no cooking or melting involved.
