Here are some instructions for reheating rice:
UNCLE BEN'S rices reheat very well. Rice can be cooked ahead of time and reheated quickly just before serving the meal.
TO REHEAT RICE:
Add 15-30 ml (1-2 tbsp.) of water for 250 ml (1 cup) of leftover rice. Cover and heat for 4-5 minutes on the stovetop or 5-10 minutes in the oven. In the microwave oven, reheat on HIGH for 1-3 minutes.
Leftover rice can be frozen in small bags or containers and reheated in the microwave oven or on the stovetop. Remember to add water as recommended above.
