Recipe: Fat Free Creamy Herb Dressing

Misc.
Hi Elaine,

While looking for your recipe I ran across this one in rec.food.recipes and thought you might like it. Hopefully someone will have the Zinfadel recipe you're looking for.

Creamy Herb Dressing

(from Betty Crocker's New Low-Fat Low-Cholesterol Cookbook)

1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
3/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
2 T. chopped green onions
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 t. dried dill weed
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t. salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Dash of freshly ground pepper

Mix all ingredients by hand or using a blender or food processor.
Cover and refrigerate. Makes about 2 cups.

2 T contains 15 calories, no fat or cholesterol.

I tried this, substituting fat free yogurt for buttermilk, added a
little water to thin it a bit, and added more dill than it called for
and it was very very good. And, oh, so guilt-free.
