Recipe: Fixes for bread rising then collapsing in bread machine

Breads - Bread Machine
Hi Bev,

I'm sorry I don't have the manual for the Welbilt 2100 to share with you, but here are some suggested fixes from a different Welbilt bread machine manual to try:

Problem - Loaf rises then falls "cratered loaf"

Suggested Fixes:
- Decrease water or milk by 1 tablespoon
- Increase salt by 1/4 teaspoon (or was salt forgotten?)
- Decrease yeast by 18/-1/4 teaspoon
- Yeast right type of yeast measured/used (dry granular)

Happy Baking!
