Recipe: Flapjacks

Breakfast and Brunch
flapjack 2

18 oz Margarine
12oz Golden Syrup
1 1/2 lb Soft Brown Sugar
2lb Rolled Oats
other bits (optional)
Ginger
Choco Chips
Sultanas
Cherries
Fruit and Nut
etc

except for the oats, melt all the ingrdients together. then stir in the oats, and if you like, any other bits.
press into a tin
bake in a pre-heated oven for about 20 mins, until just tunring golden brown.
leave to cool, then cut into portions
