Recipe(tried): FOR DEB FROM CALGARY - PLUMS & PEACHES

Hi Deb from Calgary: Saw your request in the KItchen Table but thought that I would post it in this board. You can use either peaches or plums.....I got it from a good friend of mine in (would you believe Calgary?)

PLUM KUTCHEN

Bottom: 2 c. flour
l tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
l/2 c. butter
Make the above as you would a pie crust. Place plums or peaches (just cut plums in half, with peaches I never tried in half, just sliced and put a layer on top) cut side down.

Filling: 1/2 - 3/4 c. milk or cream
l egg, beaten
Beat the two ingredients together and pour over fruit and bake at 350 F until golden.I HAVE ALSO FROZEN THIS WITH PEACHES AND PLUMS!
