FREEZER MEAT LOAF
3 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
3 1/2 cups milk
1 cup minced onion
2 eggs
2 1/2 to 3 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix all ingredients. Divide in half; spread each half evenly in ungreased loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. (to serve immediately, see below.) Wrap, label and freeze.
2 HOURS 35 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING:
Remove Freezer Meat Loaf from freezer and unwrap. Bake uncovered in 350 degrees F oven until done, about 2 1/2 hours. Drain off fat once during baking.
TO SERVE IMMEDIATELY (WITHOUT FREEZING):
Bake uncovered in 350 degree F oven until done, about 1 1/2 hours. Drain off fat once during baking.
Makes 1 loaf-(6 servings)
