Recipe(tried): Freezing Foods Fresh as Day One

I am a single man that loves to cook but used to throw away alot of leftovers (& money) because it only keeps so long in conventional containers in the freezer.

What I did was invest in a vacuum sealing system that will keep foods fresh for nearly years in the freezer! You can buy & cook in bulk - saving cleanup time, money & freshness!

There are tips included with most systems to help you preserve products of all kinds for the freezer, fridge or cabinet. Different size bags & storage containers are available.

TIPS:
Most times when freezing foods you will need to pre-freeze foods for a short period of time (for instance on a plate covered with wrap)to solidfy them & then you can seal it for whenever you are ready. You can also pre-freeze foods in a container, thaw slightly to pop out, freeze again for a short time, identify the contents & date on the bag & then seal. You can also put foods in a container into the storage bags & seal if the container is non-collaspable.
My mom's Thanksgiving Dinner still tastes great now in August!
