Recipe: French Style Fudge (microwave)

FRENCH STYLE FUDGE

2 1/2 cups sugar
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp. vanilla

In a 3 quart casserole or large glass mixing bowl, combine sugar and milk, blend well. Microwave at High 7 to 8 minutes, until sugar is dissolved. Stir every 2 minutes.

Add chocolate chips, walnuts, butter, and vanilla. Stir until thoroughly blended. Pour mixture in buttered 2 quart pan. After set, cut in squares

Makes 60 pieces
