Recipe: Fudge (with chocolate bars, marshmallow creme, and using a cookie sheet)

FUDGE

4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 jar (13 oz.) marshmallow creme
2 (8 oz. each) Hershey milk chocolate bars
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring sugar, milk, butter, and salt to boil in large pan. Stir constantly. Boil (full rolling) for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add chocolate bars, chocolate chips, and marshmallow creme; beat until smooth.

Stir in chopped nuts (if using) and vanilla. Pour into buttered cookie sheet. Let stand until cool. Refrigerate. Cut in squares when set.
