ISO: Cookie Sheet Fudge

I am looking for a recipe for my mother that she used to make and lost!!! I have been looking for years and no luck yet but told her I am not giving up. This recipe was one that she got from an old radio program in the 50's and it's called cookie sheet fudge. She remembers that it's made with hershey chocolate bars, special dark chocolate and marshmellow creme but cannot remember what else and how much. Is there any chance that someone has this recipe? It's mixed and poured onto a cookie sheet to cool and it's the best fudge I have ever had!
