Recipe(tried): German Bologna

Dear Diane,
I have a recipe called "GERMAN BOLOGNA". It's not a recipe to 'can' meat with. It's just a recipe to eat as a meal or snack or to take to partys and eat with toothpicks. I have used summer sausage and just plain 'ring' bologna.

GERMAN BOLOGNA

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup cidar vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed (or more)
1 tsp. mustard seed

Cook and pour while still warm over coarsely sliced bologna (or whatever meat you want to use).
Add raw onion rings.
Refrigerate overnight.
Will keep indefinitely.

We ate ours up in a couple of weeks. We used it more for snacks.
