Recipe: Gingerbread Popcorn Snack (using butter and molasses)

GINGERBREAD POPCORN SNACK

12 cups unsalted popped popcorn
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased rectangular pans, 13x9x2 inches.

Heat remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Pour over popcorn, tossing until completely coated.

Bake uncovered 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.

Makes 12 cups snack
