Recipe: Golden Raisin Bread (bread machine)

Golden Raisin Bread

1 cup water
1 1/2 Tbsp butter or margarine
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cups bread flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp wheat germ
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
dash ground ginger
2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup golden raisins

Add all the ingredients to your machine, except the raisins, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Add the raisins at the indicator beep. Use a regular, light, fruit/nut, or rapid bread cycle. This bread can be prepared on a timed cycle.
