Recipe: Blue Cheese Souffle

Blue Cheese Souffle
Servings 6

6 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1 (4-ounce) package blue cheese, crumbled
11 ounces cream cheese, softened and cut into 1-inch pieces

Lightly butter the bottom of a 1-1/2 quart souffle dish; set aside. Combine eggs, whipping cream, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in the container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Add blue cheese and cream cheese; cover and process 10 seconds or until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared souffle dish. Bake at 375 F. for 50 minutes or until souffle is puffed and golden brown. Serve immediately.
