Double Chicken Tortellini Soup
8 Servings
A simmering pot of soup is a guarantee that everyone will be on time for dinner. This is a fantastic first course for your next get-together, or add garlic bread and a ready-to-serve salad for a quick and satisfying meal. Adapted from Recipe by Buitoni Pasta

5 (14.5-oz.) cans chicken broth
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1 (14.5-oz.) can Italian-style diced tomatoes
1 (9-oz.) package Herb Chicken Tortellini
2 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons sliced green onion

COMBINE chicken broth, corn and tomatoes with juice in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. ADD pasta and chicken; reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve with cheese and green onion.
