Recipe: Granola Griddle Cakes

Hi Johanna;
I just received this months copy of Pillsbury Classic Cookbooks, there is a recipe that sounds close to what you are looking for.
GRANOLA GRIDDLE CAKES
2 cups Hungry Jack Extra Light and Fluffy Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
1 cup Granola
1/3 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp. grated orange peel if desired
1 1/2 cups water
Combine all ingredients, stir just till largr lumps disappear
For each pancake pour 1/4 cup batter on lightly greased heated griddle, cook 2-3 mins., turn and cook additional1 1/2 -2 mins.
