ISO: butter pecan syrup?

I also love the Butter Pecan Syrup at IHOP. I personally recommend it with their chocolate pancakes. I am currently searching the web for a supplier or an online shopping, but have come up with nothing. IHOP does NOT sell this syrup to the public. Would you be kind enough to email me if you find it anywhere.
