Recipe(tried): Great bread book with Banana Bread recipie

Hi there,
I have tried the banana granola on page 118 of the second edition of the Electric bread book, in fact nearly all the recipies in it have been tried by me and they have all been terrific. The book is by Innovative Cooking Enterprises inc. and I have both editions, heavily used.
