Recipe: Greek Pasta Salad (with cherry tomatoes and pepperoni)

GREEK PASTA SALAD

FOR THE DRESSING:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 tsp sugar (or more, to taste)
FOR THE SALAD:
8 oz pasta, cooked and drained
3 cups fresh mushroom, thickly sliced
15 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup red bell pepper, cut into strips
3/4 cup pepperoni slices, cut into strips
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3 1/2 oz whole black olives

Mix together oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, black pepper and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and toss until all ingredients are well coated. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
