Recipe: Greek Salad

Salads - Assorted
Greek Island Dressing
1 c olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
1 tbl chopped chives
1 tbl chopped fresh mint leaves or 1 tsp dried mint, crumbled
1 tbl chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried oregano, crumbled
1 clove garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of sugar, if desired
Measure all ingred. into a small jar with a tight-fiting lid;shake until well blended. Refriferate until ready to use. Makes about 1-1/3 c.
