Recipe(tried): Green Bean and Pear Salad (WW points=2)

Salads - Assorted
Green Bean and Pear Salad

1 lb green beans
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 pears,cored and thinly sliced
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 Tbsp pine nuts,toasted

Steam beans until tender about 8 min.

Mix next four ingred. Add the beans, pears, cheese, and nuts. Toss. Serve warm or refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Serves 6
