CHEESE AND WIENER BURRITOS
8 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed*
8 hot dogs
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup taco sauce (plus more for serving)
Heat hot dogs as directed on package.
Place 1 hot wiener on lower third of each warmed tortilla. Sprinkle each wiener with 1/4 cup of the cheese, about 1 tablespoon of green onions and about 1 tablespoon taco sauce. Fold in sides and roll up.
Grill on foil-lined grate over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately with additional taco sauce.
*To warm tortillas, stack them on top of each other, wrap in foil and heat in a preheated 350 degree oven 10-15 minutes. Or, wrap tortillas loosely in waxed paper or a plastic bag and microwave on HIGH - 15 seconds for two tortillas, 30 seconds for four tortillas and 1 minute for eight.
