Grilled Tenderloin Steak with Parsley Yogurt Sauce
Yield: 4 servings
4 large beef tenderloin steaks, abt 1/3 lb each
2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup chopped parsley
4 tbsp butter
x salt and pepper Procedures
SAUCE: Leave yogurt in room temperature for about an hour. Mix well with the chopped parsley. Season sauce with a dash of salt and pepper.
STEAKS: Season the tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a flat skillet or pan over high heat. Grill sirloin steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side until medium. Cook longer if you prefer it well done.
TO SERVE: Arrange steaks on serving plate. Spoon a dollop of yogurt sauce on the steak, then spread evenly. Garnish with additional chopped parsley, if desired. Serve with grilled or mashed potatoes and salad. got this recipecenter.com enjoy!
